Shipping update!

We’re happy to share that fulfillment for the Mystery Menagerie Dice Sets campaign has officially begun!
Our US fulfillment center has already shipped all parcels for backers in the United States. For all other regions, packages are now being prepared and shipped successively from our warehouse in Poland.
Please also take a moment to check in the pledge manager whether you have:
- completed your shipping details, and
- paid for the shipping costs (if applicable).
If any of these steps are still missing, we will not be able to ship your parcel, so please make sure to complete them as soon as possible.
Please keep an eye on your email for the tracking number of your parcel once it has been dispatched.
If you have any questions or concerns about your pledge or shipping details, don’t hesitate to reach out to us – we’re here to help and make sure your dice find their way safely to your table!

Mystery Menagerie – Pledge Manager is Now Open!

We have fantastic news — the Pledge Manager for Mystery Menagerie is now open!
You can now review, modify, and finalize your orders, as well as fill in your shipping details.
You should have already received an email from BackerKit with your personal access link.
If you haven’t seen it yet, please check your inbox and spam folder — that’s where you’ll find everything you need to enter the Pledge Manager.
You’ll have time to make all your changes until October 25th, 2025.
After that date, we’ll lock all pledges and charge shipping costs, so make sure everything is ready before the deadline!
Even better news? 🐱 If everything goes according to plan, we expect to deliver your rewards before the end of this year — well ahead of schedule! That’s an amazing milestone and a success we owe to you, our wonderful backers.

BackerKit surveys are coming!

Soon, you’ll receive an email from us with a special link to your BackerKit survey. It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfill your rewards.
You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!
After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts.
If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://mystery-menagerie-dice-sets.backerkit.com.
If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your account, the BackerKit survey is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, please contact support at https://mystery-menagerie-dice-sets.backerkit.com/faq.

What happens next?
We’ll announce as soon as the pledge manager goes live (setting it up may take a few weeks). There, you’ll be able to Modify your pledge (upgrade or adjust sets), add extra items, set and pay for shipping for your order.
You don’t need to do anything right now—just keep an eye on your mailbox and our updates. We’ll share the link and clear instructions the moment the pledge manager opens.

You’ve officially turned Mystery Menagerie Dice Sets from an idea into reality. Your pledges pushed us over the goal line, and we’re super grateful! 🧡
Capybaras Enter the Mystery Pool
As a thank‑you, we’re adding a brand‑new Capybara design to the Mystery Pack roster. From now on, every time you crack open one of our mystery packs, there’s a chance you’ll roll away with these famously chill rodents in dice form.
Keep the wild ride going!
Here’s where it gets even more fun: for every 1,000 sets sold, we’ll launch a backer vote to decide which animal joins the line‑up next. The crowd picks the critter, we make the dice. Simple as that.
We can’t wait to show you what’s coming. Keep sharing the campaign and comment about your favourites now —each new pledge inches us closer to the next animal vote.
